A brand new Western adventure from C. Wayne Winkle and Randall Dale! In the lawless reaches of Northern California, Reno Gates sought only solitude and peace after a lifetime of violence. But when he returns home to find his ranch raided and his trusted foreman murdered, his dreams of quiet vanish in the smoke of burned homesteads. Determined to find justice, Reno teams with Cyrus Boone, a young man hardened by loss, each driven by personal vengeance against the ruthless gang led by the shadowy outlaw Sawyer. As the two men pursue the raiders across rugged, unforgiving territory, they uncover a sinister conspiracy involving powerful interests from back east determined to claim the valley at any cost. In a land where the law won’t ride and every shadow could hide death, Reno and Cyrus must stand together to face violence, betrayal, and their own haunted pasts. With gripping action and relentless tension, Where the Law Won’t Ride tells a story of courage, revenge, and redemption on a frontier where survival means standing your ground, no matter the price. PRAISE FOR RENO WHERE THE LAW WON’T “Over the last few years, Wayne Winkle has authored sixteen top notch Western novels featuring Reno Gates. Number seventeen, ‘Where the Law Won’t Ride,’ is another winner. This time, there is a difference. Another first-class Western writer, Randall Dale, who pens the unforgettable Branson Hawk novels, joins Mr. Winkle in creating an exhilarating yarn filled with vengeance and retaliation.” - J.W. Masterson, bestselling author of “Texas Ranger Pharaoh Smith.” "When Reno Gates comes back to his California ranch from Texas, all he wants is a little peace and quiet. Instead, he finds death and destruction. A gang is terrorizing ranches and towns and has killed his foreman and best friend. Reno will have his peace and quiet, but he'll have to raise a little dust first. Two of the western genre's top authors have penned another classic tale in 'Where the Law Won't Ride,' and if you ride along, you'll see why. " - Charles Ray, author of the popular “Caleb Johnson Mountain Man” series. “Solid entertainment and a thrilling storyline with characters, you will like. The West lives on, and these two western writers carry on the tradition of a genre, which still has so many friends and readers. Read this book and ride side by side with Reno Gates. Feel the atmosphere of a classic western novel, which is written in the tradition of Louis L´Amour. Don´t miss it - I can honestly recommend this novel.” – Alfred Wallon, author of the “ U.S. Marshal” series. “Randall and Wayne have done it again—this is blazing stuff from two authors who truly understand that readers want a story they can lose themselves in—Randall and Wayne I take my Stetson off to you—you really have a proven winner on your hands with this one.” – Robert Hanlon, author of the “ U.S. Marshal” series.
