No one told me what happens to angels who leave Heaven to fight demons in the mortal world. I knew such a mission wouldn’t be easy, but I had no idea that Hell would soon be singing my name. Because to fight in humanity’s honor, an angel must abandon Heaven and their good grace. Or in my case, be lied to and cast out of paradise. I still can’t wrap my mind around it. How can I protect humanity with broken wings and without my angelic power? I can’t. I almost fell into Hell the moment I hit the ground. It takes a deal with a rogue demon and some divine intervention from two infuriatingly righteous demon hunters to find my new path in eternity. But I won’t give up my mission. I don’t need to be an angel to fight for humanity’s sake. If only Hell didn’t try to lure me into its depths. If I can’t resist the call, I risk starting the end of times. Humanity will face annihilation. And worse, I could be the reason for Hell’s rise.

Ginna Moran is the author of an array of both paranormal and contemporary young adult novels including the Demon Within, Falling into Fame, and Spark of Life series. She started writing poetry as a teenager in a spiral notebook that she still has tucked away on her desk today. Her love of writing grew after she graduated high school and she completed her first unpublished manuscript at age eighteen. When she realized her love of writing was her life’s passion, she studied literature at Mira Costa College in Northern San Diego. Besides writing young adult novels, she was senior editor, content manager, and image coordinator for Crescent House Publishing Inc. for four years. Aside from Ginna’s professional life, she enjoys binge watching television shows, playing pretend with her daughter, and cuddling with her dogs. Some of her favorite things include chocolate, anything that glitters, cheesy jokes, and organizing her bookshelf. Ginna is currently hard at work on her next novel.
