Francesca Marlow discovered her love for writing in 2014 when having some role play fun on Twitter with her best mate. They were inspired to create a fictional world of their own which really helped her to channel every day thoughts and emotions and deal with the daily grind of ‘life’. Never once did she think it would lead to the release of a novel, which she confesses to being one of the proudest moments of her life. She is a romantic at heart, with a huge passion for health and fitness which lead to her competing in two bodybuilding competitions. Having qualified as a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist she also helps with online coaching. In 2015, a new love entered her life which sparked a healthier, happier, but extremely exhausted, Fran. Being a working mum with three beautiful daughters keeps her incredibly busy. When not being a mum, a wife, a coach, a colleague, a housemaid or a taxi, she can be found lifting weights in the gym or just generally in a heap, on her snuggle chair, in front of the TV.
