On her return home, cruel twists of fate await her as her search for spiritual and sexual fulfilment leads to disastrous consequences.

علي المقري كاتب وشاعر يمني ، مواليد 1966م ، مدينة تعز ولد الشاعر والصحافي والروائي علي المقري في اليمن وبدأ كتابة الأدب وهو بالغ من العمر ثماني عشر سنة. بعد إعادة اتّحاد اليمن عام 1990 أصبح محرّراً ثقافياً لمنشورات عدّة. منذ سنة 1997 هو محرّر منشور أدبي "الحكمة" لجمعية الكتّاب اليمنيين ويترأس أيضاً مجلة أدبية بعنوان "غيمان" أُسسّت سنة 2007.
