Josh and Ryan have been together for almost a year, but unresolved issues in their relationship threaten to tear them apart. Ryan, a police officer badly injured in the line of duty, is facing the end of his career. His anger and resentment cause problems between them. Josh, a successful attorney, is still upset that they can’t live together openly as a couple. When young, good-looking stripper Dax is charged with murder, Josh takes on the case pro bono. Ryan hates Dax on sight and is jealous and angry as Josh spends more and more time with his new client. When the real killer comes calling, Ryan and Josh have to work together to save more than just their fragile relationship.
