Amanda Stroken has always been unlucky in love, which has led her to become a workaholic. When her boss decides to close the business for three weeks during the summer, Amanda’s friend – Macey, takes this opportunity to sign her up for a dating app. But with mercury retrograde starting, her luck is bound to get even worse. Jackson D. Goff is a Jack of All Trades in very unique (and a few morally questionable) jobs. He matches up with Amanda on the dating app under her fake name, but is a little intimidated and decides to move along. Fate, however, has other plans. As Amanda gets thrown around into the dating pool, the universe keeps bringing JD around. But can fate win a battle against mercury retrograde?
