Part of Series

Another deadly romantic comedy. Meet Mitzi, Molly, and Marla—three sisters, southern-fried born-and-bred, and the ghosts who love them. Molly Campbell had everything—a gorgeous Louisiana mansion, a rich husband who was a generous provider, and a lucrative career selling Marty Lyn cosmetics. Had—not has—because her redneck husband, Don, goes and gets himself killed on the way to a truck pull in Alabama, which sets off a chain of events that leaves Molly penniless and moving into her deceased Gran's home in Carrington, Louisiana. To say lifestyle change is a bitch is an understatement. She misses Don (and his money) but will admit she doesn't miss his belittling. That was getting on her last nerve. Which is why when he comes to her in ghostly spirit and apologizes for every nasty thing he's ever belittled her about (too little, too late), and that he lied to her about the bank account (too little, too gone), and hints that the accident might not have been an accident (too planned, too murdered?), she gives him the cold shoulder. She has no desire to listen to his honeymoon phase sweet-talk and probable lies in death. She'd had enough of that while he was living. But Don insists he was murdered, that death has changed him, and that he loves her. He even tries to get frisky in the bedroom. Molly decides three 1) Even in death, Don still wants his way, which is probably why someone "offed" him; 2) He also wants sex (what's new?); and 3) If he wants sex with her, then one thing must happen—he has to get therapy. Seriously dead or not, Molly Campbell will see that her husband, although quite dead, gets help with his anger and control issues—because a ghost living in her house with personal problems is not a good thing. Only then will she think about the sex part. If she can get past the dead part. Is there therapy for that?
