Never again would Gioia Murphy agree to a blind date. The blond hunk she'd been promised turned out to be dark, rugged and so unthrilled to see her, she wondered why he'd shown up at all. Still, it was just as well they hadn't hit it off. A man as complex as Thaddeus Creed would probably only complicate her life... Thad should have known covering for his younger brother would get him into trouble. He'd only wanted to save a harmless woman from getting stood up. But Gioia was far from harmless - she was irresistible! And if Creed men just couldn't relate to women, why was he so anxious to see Gioia again?
