Trigger, a werewolf with a dark past, is the singer/guitarist of his band, who returns to his hometown with his bandmates on tour; while there, he finds Kayle, a human girl whose father is a scientist who experiments on the supernatural. They meet briefly at the concert, where Trigger finds it hard to keep her out of his thoughts and must find her to find out why he is so drawn to her. Kayle is in her last year of high school when one fateful night she meets Trigger, who was captured by her father's commandos, and she learns a secret that even he doesn't know. She has to fight to be able to be with him and learns more than she ever could about the supernatural world, much more than she ever expected.
