Zhao Haihong has an M.A. in English literature from Zhejiang University and teaches English literature in Zhejiang Gongshang University in Hangzhou, China. She started writing science fiction in 1996, and has received the Galaxy Award from Science Fiction World Magazine, the Soong Ching Ling Children’s Literature Award, and the sixth National Writers Association Award for outstanding children’s literature in China. Her first story collection, Eyes of the Birches, was published in 1999.

In 2012, he published his first work Quietly Awakening, which was soon followed by Wine Cup Flowing on the Rivers, Walking with Robots, Childhood of Harvest, and I Tell Stories about My Grandfather.

Regina Kanyu Wang is a science fiction writer from Shanghai, China. Her work is recognised in the Chinese Nebula Awards, as well as her contribution to the fandom, she is the co-founder of SF AppleCore and council member of World Chinese Science Fiction Association (WCSFA). Her short story, “Back to Myan,” won the SF Comet competition in February 2015. Her novella, “Of Cloud and Mist” won the Silver Award for Best Novella of Chinese Nebula 2016. Regina chaired the 2009 Shanghai Science Fiction and Fantasy Festival and has been active in both local and international science fiction events since then. She works as an International PR Manager for Storycom, a company focusing on science fiction story development and adaption.

In the year of 2010, he won People's Literature Prize, one of China's most prestigious honors. His short story The City of Silence was translated into English by science fiction writer Ken Liu.
