Michael Moorcock analyses how right wing sci-fi writers are perceived by their readers as radical (left wing and anarchist) and their books become successful as if they were promoting radical ideas. With this premise, he then goes on to do a short history of the 20th century sci-fi through its political ideas and ideological relevance.
