This work includes chapters on "The Ideology of the State in Islam" or (Fiqh Al-Dawlah fi Al-Islam). This branch of knowledge has not received its due study and research by Muslim scholars in recent times as they have done in other branches of Fiqh (Islamic Jurisprudence) do, particularly which deals with devotional matters (Ibadat).
