Love was that last thing on Kamori’s mind. Besides his younger brother Kareem and his dead grandmother, those were the only two people he ever had that feeling for. Although his mom was around he couldn’t get past her crazy mind and her outrageous ways to even say that word to her or even show it for that matter. The only thing on his mind was making it so that he and Kareem would be set for life and never had to worry about a thing ever again. In the process of trying to make these serious power moves he meets Elijah who begins to show him what he has been missing in life. All Elijah wants is a life of happiness and that special person to share it with but love never seems to come her way. As she takes care of her nephew because his neglectful mom lives for making all the wrong choices, she literally bumps into Kamori and that’s when life changes for her. Alisha, Elijah’s big sister is trouble and doesn’t care about anyone but herself and shows it time and time again. Tragedy strikes them all and they may not ever be able to recover.
