Summer Heartache Renting a summer house on North Carolina's Marble Island seemed like the sensible thing to do for Caryn Edwards. She was certain it would give her a chance to heal from her ugly divorce and recover from a bad case of career burn-out as a home economics teacher. What she didn't bargain for was handsome developer Logan Prescott who would unexpectedly be sharing the house with her. But Logan had his own demons to deal with, and no intention of letting Caryn distract him- even if she was the most tempting and beautiful women he'd ever met. Summer Love But in the weeks that followed, Caryn and Logan's mutual distrust dissolved, replaced by a slowly simmering desire. And when they shared one night of abandoned ecstasy, they could no longer resist the warmth they'd felt in each other's arms. Now with summer coming to a close, they must decide if their passion was only the heat of the moment...or a magical love that can take them to horizons they've only dreamed of.
