A top-secret U.S. laser that can etch the entire NORAD defense computer on a chip has been stolen and is on its way to Russia. The laser is a high-tech threat capable of neutralizing United States defense capacity, and the President authorizes Able Team to take "any action necessary" to block the transshipment.
