Celebrate the miracle of love and happiness of the holiday season with this wonderful collection of 12 Brides at Christmas At the time of year when time spent with family and memories of childhood Christmases of the past are fondly recalled, the lives of the lonely can be vastly changed by having that someone special to be with. Join these sometimes vulnerable, often desperate brides-to-be on the stage coaches, wagon trains and railway lines as they make their way across the continent into the unknown, to new beginnings. Watch as the men who have taken the bold leap to send for a woman they know only through writing letters, wait in anticipation of love, or the very least companionship. Christmas stories set in a bygone era when men were men and the nights were always long and lonely, especially as the yuletide season neared. Twelve stories from a rugged and dangerous place, take you through the trials and tribulations of these mail order brides and their cowboys, gentlemen, entrepreneurs and businessmen, where some find love and some find only betrayal and lies; and Christmas is celebrated with thoughts of far away homes and absent families. Authors

Kate Cambridge is an indie author writing cozy mysteries, sweet historical romance, and contemporary romance—all with a thread of faith, hope, and suspense intertwined. Her debut series, The Choice Brides Suffragette Series, has been a bestseller with three books yet to be released, as well as her cozy mystery series, A Hannah and Callum Cozy Mystery. She has participated in several multi-author collaborations, including Sweet Americana, The Burnt River Western Romance Series, and the latest a multi-author western romance series, The Lawkeepers. She is also an author in the Kindle World, First Street Church. She has been an avid writer since middle school and has always loved living adventures vicariously through books; as a result, she pursued a degree in Liberal Studies because, well, nothing else quite fit. Before writing full-time, she ran her own boutique marketing agency, and prior to that wore several hats in the corporate world including: negotiating six and seven figure real estate deals, writing training programs, and project management for a major supermarket company. Writing is her passion, but she also loves animals and hopes to open a shelter for abused and homeless dogs some day. Her greatest joy and blessing is her faith, being married to her favorite person on the planet, and being a mom; she also enjoys sailing, photography, music, kayaking, and spending time with friends and family at their home on Sebago Lake.
Susannah Calloway loves everything Western! And if a delightful romance is thrown into the mix, ahhh!, even better! Susannah has always been intrigued with the Western movement - prairie days, mail-order brides, the gold rush, frontier life! As a writer, she's excited to combine her love of story with her love of all that is Western. Presently, Susannah lives in Wyoming with her hubby and their three amazing children. (Her little cowpokes!) The whole family enjoys riding and grooming their four horses! (Belter is Susannah's favorite!)
