When three friends venture into the abandoned coal mines behind the Black Country Living Museum, in Dudley, England, they expect rust, darkness, and maybe a few ghost stories. They don’t expect the whispers. They don’t expect the shadows that move on their own. And they certainly don’t expect to wake something that has been waiting for a very long time. As the tunnels close in around them, Ryan, Chloe, and TJ uncover a chilling history buried beneath the soot and silence, a curse born from the land itself, and a ghost who knows far more than it should.
