Jazzi, Ansel, and Jerod are helping a friend convert a barn into a house when Jerod's dad asks Jazzi to help find who murdered one of the mechanics who worked at his car repair shop. Vince was one of the first mechanics he'd hired, and Eli's shocked when he finds that recently, Vince was caught cheating clients into repairs they didn't need. It's out of character, but soon, they discover Vince was frantically trying to cover a gambling debt of his brother's.
