This book contains practical guidance on two important areas of family life. First, it explains how we should prepare our families for public worship, how we should receive the preached Word, and how we should put that Word into practice. Second, it addresses the subject of prayer meetings, showing the scriptural and historical warrant for them, explaining their purposes, and detailing how to implement them.
