Originally The Lost years was a separate book. To make the series a better deal for readers The Lost Years was made into part one of The Guardians Crown and the two were placed in one book. This is a clean book and appropriate for ages 12 and up Gabe's world was forever altered by the people he came to know and love at Rampart Manor.
