The fae are not human. They do not abide by human morality. Do not hold them to this, because they will disappoint you at the same time that they entice you. I had no choice but to make a reckless and possibly stupid decision when my brother fell ill. When all other options failed, I turned to the faeries for help. But little did I know, I had summoned the wrong ones. The Princes of the Wild Hunt answered my call and demanded a blood oath in exchange for their aid. I was desperate enough to agree. In doing so, I was thrown into a seductive and dangerous world where I had no control. The dark allure of Faerie drew me in, and I found myself craving more. The faeries of the Wild Hunt were masters of manipulation, using my desires and halfing blood against me. Every day, their hold on me grew stronger, calling out to the part of me that felt at home with them. Until I decided to take matters into my own hands and turn the tables on the faeries. I was determined to outsmart them at their own game and make them crave me more than I craved them. I'd make them feel for me. Make them care about me. But outsmarting the faeries was harder than I ever imagined. The princes of the Wild Hunt had a secret. A secret I was determined to coax out of them. A secret that could destroy me.
