When Jacob Blade rode into the little town of Trinity, he was just looking for a place to rest for a few days. But, a deranged killer, guns down the preacher, school master, and several children at the church, disrupting his plans. The sheriff’s out of town, and there doesn’t seem to be anyone else who knows what to do, so Jacob takes it upon himself to track the killer down. When he comes to a farm where a family has been slaughtered, except for the 8-year-old daughter, the quest becomes personal for him. He’s reminded of the murder of his own family, and his vow to avenge the innocents who suffer at the hands of the evil. Once again, the Avenging Angel is out to rid the west of evil, one funeral at a time.
