Jarrod Hawkins is back. And he’s out for blood. A man’s body is discovered on a lonely street, the words “I killed her” carved into his forearm. A well-known pimp meets a hooded stranger in a busy pub and dozens of people watch him die. The murders continue, each act more heinous than the last. Someone or something has taken justice into its own hands. The rumors are no longer whispered behind closed doors; they are shouted into the night: The Nightmare has returned. All around the world, a secret war is being waged. A terrorist organization known as Katharos has set its plans to exterminate mankind in motion, and the few people aware of the organization’s existence are wanted by the U.S. Government. Daron Keeler’s team of black-ops agents are forced to embark on a suicide mission into the heart of Siberia, with the fate of the world on the line. Casualties mount, and the team’s only hope for success lies in the hands of the violent creature once known as Jarrod Hawkins.
Author

I was born and raised in the rural Midwest, surrounded by miles of cornfields. After graduating high-school, I enlisted in the United States Air Force, then rode a desk for four years before transferring to an elite Special Tactics unit. In that unit, I was privileged to work with Special Operations Forces personnel from the Army, Navy, and Marines. My training took me to exotic locations around the world, and I completed two combat deployments in Afghanistan. After my second term of enlistment, I separated from the Air Force to spend more time with my family and go to college. While grinding through math, science, and academic writing classes, I resumed one of my favorite past times—storytelling. Now, I write fiction full-time. Through writing, I share the tragedy, comradery, pain, and redemption I've seen throughout life. I hope to spark awareness and change through my novels, and I give a large portion of my proceeds to charitable organizations that fight human trafficking around the world.
