The Only Man For Maggie by Leigh Michaels released on Jan 25, 1996 is available now for purchase. Maggie Rawlings is perfectly happy with her apartment, and she isn't giving it up just because developer Karr Elliot wants to tear down the building, no matter how many fine‑print clauses he invokes. But what if some of Karr's clauses have more to do with Maggie than with Eagle's Landing?
