Casey and Bruce investigate a murder of a young man which leads them to a strange religious cult after they carry out their usual investigations. But all is not what it seems. The religious group are a fanatic bunch of self mutilators who are determined to circumcise their members in the ultimate gesture of devotion to their cause. The only way Casey can get close enough to put the group behind bars for good is to join them, risking the one thing he admires the most about himself and the part of him which has made him the man and the officer he is so proud of. His magical foreskin. Can Casey save any more from being mutilated and then murdered at the hands of the cult and keep his foreskin? Or will Casey lose everything, unable to perform his duties any longer, his life as a police officer over?
