Still haunted by the death of her childhood best friend Jett, Ava returns to her small hometown searching for the truth behind what happened. When she falls into the hands of danger and is saved by a familiar face, Ava attempts to figure out how Jett returned from the dead. In the midst of introducing him into her world, trouble finds her again; but this time, Jett won't be able to save her.
