I'd doubted I stood a chance of getting the job as Professor James' assistant. He had a reputation around the university campus for liking a certain type and I wasn't it. Then again, I might be just what he needed. That reputation was on the verge of getting him fired if one more rumor got back to the Dean's office. I was the quiet type who knew how to keep a secret, no matter how dirty it was. Did a man really need a harem of women when the right one was standing in front of him? As it turned out the professor did, but I was too busy having fun myself to get jealous.
