Living on the Emerald Coast of Florida, April has been married for 30 years to her high school sweetheart. They have one grown, married daughter they are insanely proud of. April is tolerated by a sassy Quarter Horse and suffers from a severe rock-n-roll addiction. When taking a break from writing, she and her husband attend concerts and plan trips to Disneyworld and Nashville.
