Marshal, take him away!”As Shorty was led away, gunman, surgeon Karl P. Dittrich was stepping down from the train. On the steps he looked around and smiled, “What a town!” He adjusted that forty-five on his hip and with luggage and rifle in his left hand, walked to the hotel.
