The Parkers have a problem! When Jodie returns to the ranch after four years at university and one traveling Europe, her independent spirit is burning bright. She’s accustomed to living her own life and making her own choices, and she expects that to continue. With or without her great-aunt Mae’s approval! Only she’s not taking into account the sudden reappearance of her old boyfriend, Rio—in serious trouble with the law and in desperate need of her help. Or that Tate Connelly, now the Briggs County Sheriff, is much more attractive than she remembers. Or that her Aunt Mae can be even more determined than she is. Jodie Parker, the family rebel, still has much to learn.
