Sweet Murder

2017

What's a witch to do when the meanest man in the county drops dead in his coleslaw during her shift at the local barbecue joint? Noelle does what any good Southern girl would do: she flicks a wrist to clean up the mess, then thanks the stars for doing the world a favor. But that's just the beginning. She has the Magical Oversight Committee on her back because she can't keep her unruly little sister in line and the hunky new city-slicker sheriff would like to take her to dinner, except he suspects her of murder. To top it off, her possessed miniature donkey is being particularly calamitous and the old hens at the local beauty parlor are laying bets on her love life. A skydiving best friend and a bossy, living-impaired aunt become the least of her worries when the killer decides to bump up the plan by bumping her off. Can she figure it out in time to save all that she holds dear, or will Noelle be next on the list of folks who've turned up dead?

Cruise Ship Caper

2019

Sunshine, massages, and drinks with little umbrellas in them. That's what cruises are all about, right? Maybe, unless you're a witch with a habit of finding trouble. When Noelle and crew go on a cruise to celebrate the death of the town's biggest bully, they find themselves in the middle of a robbery gone awry. Can they help a new friend get her grandma's pearls - and her life - back before the ship gets back to port? This novella is set in the Witches of Keyhole Lake Southern Mysteries series and falls right after book 1, though it can be read in any order.

Murder to the Max

2017

Having somebody go upside your head with a toilet tank lid would make anybody cranky, but when local contractor Max Wheeler meets his end this way, he takes it more personally than most. As any responsible ghost would, he seeks out the local sheriff to report himself murdered. With yet another paranormal reality to wrap his head around, Hunter dives into an investigation and learns that there's more beneath the surface of his small southern town than he thought. Though he tracks down lead after lead, he keeps coming up empty, and Max becomes more irritated—and irritating—with each dead-end. Meanwhile, things take a turn for the strange when briskets and peach pies start going missing, and broken items turn up fixed. Throw in a slippery young pick-pocket with secrets of his own and you've got three separate mysteries that just aren't adding up. All Noelle wants is a finished swimming pool instead of a giant mud hole in her yard, and to get her bakery up and running, but cranky ghosts, gossipy but (mostly) lovable old hens at the beauty parlor, and bratty kids just keep slowing her down. Is it really too much to ask that people stop killing each other long enough for a witch to get some work done?

Murder So Magical

2018

Keyhole Lake has its fair share of oddballs and ne'er-do-wells, but sometimes even good folks do bad things, right? At first, the crimes seem to stem from desperation or teenage rebellion, but when the president of the ladies' auxiliary is busted stealing church funds, Noelle starts to piece together a pattern that points to a much more nefarious - and magical - explanation. The infractions go from bad to worse, and to add insult to injury, the sheriff - her beau - doesn't believe her. Though she has a town full of ghosts and a couple powerful witches on her side, the rest of the town - including her talking donkey - is convinced she's off her rocker. After all, "the devil made me do it" is an expression, not an alibi. The stakes skyrocket when one of the people closest to her is found standing over a dead body holding the murder weapon. The bad guys are about to find out what happens when you mess with southern witch's family, friends, and talking pets, assuming she can stay alive and out of jail long enough to find them.

I was born and raised in the South and even hung my motorcycle helmet in Colorado for a few months. I've always had a touch of wanderlust and have never feared just packing up and going on new adventures, whether in real life or via the pages of a great book. When I was a little girl, I didn't want to grow up to be a writer—I wanted to raise unicorns and be a superhero. When those gigs fell through, I chose the next best thing: creating my own magical lands filled with adventure, magic, humor, and romance. I live in Florida with my two dogs and when I'm not writing or reading, I'm racing motorcycles with my taller, more handsome half, hanging out at the beach, or binge-watching anything magical on Netflix. I'm eternally grateful for all the people who help make my life what is today - friends, readers, family. No woman is an island.
