Writers are notorious for being at once narcissistic and self-abasing. Christian writers are no different. They doubt and question. Can Christian writing even be defined? Is it possible to make a difference in the world? What does it mean to be professional? And why, if a Christian is truly called to write, is it often a struggle to polish their writing to shine God's light? Sheila Hollinghead encourages Christian writers to seek God's will, study the craft, and learn the basics. And she further calls them to examine, find unique voices, and soar on wings like eagles...to Rise, Write, Shine.
